Alaska
Smokehouse Smoked Salmon features gourmet products which are produced in
Alaska within an industry rich in scenery, history, and seafood. An
abundance of delicacies are available from these waters, including wild
Alaskan salmon, which makes a truly wonderful Smoked Salmon product, as
well as herring, halibut, crab, prawns, pink shrimp, and sablefish. Most
wild Alaskan fish stocks are at their healthiest levels in years, and we
have shore-based processing plants in several Alaskan locations from
which to source this delicious seafood.

Smoked Salmon
After being rushed to our
smokehouse, within days of being caught, only the premium salmon are
selected for smoking. Once chosen, the salmon are hand filleted and then
marinade in a brine, full of rich seasonings. The salmon is then smoked
over alder wood fires. Finally, each fillet is inspected before it is
sealed in a gold foil pouch, known as a retort, locking in the salmon’s
freshness and intense flavor. The retort is then packed in our
outstanding gift box for both aesthetic appeal and added protection. No
preservatives, coloring, oils or artificial ingredients are ever added
to these Kosher-certified Natural Smoked Salmon fillets.

meals to fit your needs, the Original La Briute Self Heating meals
with a heater, soup snack and cutlery and the NEW "SIZZLING CUISINE"
meals entree only (without the heater, soup, snack or cutlery) goes
straight into the microwave or boiling water.
Our
extra large entrees are tastefully served in an elegant 12 oz.
package, complete with your tray, fork, napkin, salt and pepper,
soup snack and heater.
Vegetarian Pepper Steak (Pareve)
Vegetarian pepper steak with vegetables in gravy is a delicious
entree that's very low in fat and high in fiber and protein. Made
with fresh red and green peppers, this entree is delicious and good
for you too! Comes accompanied by a
